*COVID-19 Update: Sending your order ‘on schedule’ is of great importance to us. We must be mindful of the transit delays that many retail shops are experiencing all over the country and world. We appreciate your patience in advance and are thankful for your support.
THE MERCH
901 Wonderland standard t-shirts are printed on Bella + Canvas tees. If another brand is used, it will be specified in the description. Our shirts are top quality with an ideal fit.
Our sizes range from Small – 3XLarge. Please see our sizing chart below for more details and suggestions for fit. Unisex sizes are fit for the male physique so they may run big on ladies. Women should order one size DOWN from their regular size.
- All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time an order is made.
- We use both screen printing and heat transfer processes for our merchandise.
It is very possible for certain prints to fade after excessive washing or using certain detergents. This is normal with many t-shirts using the screen print process.
Some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.
- WASH RULE: Turn the t-shirt inside out when washing and drying. Use low temperature or cold wash settings. It would also be a good idea to separate darks and colored shirts from whites–just in case! Use a mild laundry detergent.
- DRYING RULE: Tumble dry on low or go the old fashioned route and hang it to dry.
- IRONING RULE: Although ironing is typically not a sound idea, ironing on a low-setting
- STORAGE RULE: Store your tees safely in a drawer to keep them from dust and debris. You can stack them vertically so you can see them and also have easy access to them.
- Note: Don’t clean with bleach or harsh detergents, including fabric softeners.
- Note: Avoid Dry Cleaning
ORDERING
We accept the major credit cards through the PayPal Portal. Once you enter your information, you will be directed to pay through PayPal where you can either sign in or check out as a guest.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@901wonderland.com.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@901wonderland.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
SHIPPING
The Standard Shipping for U.S. orders is 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days.
Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.
At the present time, we do NOT ship internationally. We currently only ship to US residents.
RETURNS
Due to the products being made-to-order, exchanges are NOT possible to complete. Additionally, all orders are non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged or you are accidently sent the wrong item.
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts (see below). Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please letus know at hello@901wonderland.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Orders are printed on demand, and therefore your order will be processed within 24 hours of the order being placed. It is highly suggested that you ensure that your order selections and account details are accurate prior to placing the final order. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@901wonderland.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Sizing Notification:
The 901 Wonderland UNISEX tees are sized to the MALE form. Therefore, if seeking a slim fit, women should order (1) size down.
Please be certain of your size before making a final order. We are NOT able to exchange the sizes of your shirts once they are ordered.
The differences in the fit are noted above. Because the sizing is UNISEX, ladies should order one size down from their normal size.
